Transor compact filtration systems- TCF

Transor compact filtration systems work based on the edge filter principle. The surface of several thousand special filter discs captures the contamination larger than 1 micron in the neat oil. Unlike in other systems,TCF uses no consumable filter media. The self-cleaning (backflushing) of the filters are fully automatic.

Filtration mode- 

Transor compact filtration system provides One Micron Filtration and is virtually maintenance-free. Operating on the principle of edge filtration, dirty solution is forced toward the center of each element and particles larger than One Micron are trapped on the filter “edge”.

Backwash mode-

Rather than being replaced, the elements are cleaned automatically with compressed air that removes the debris and places it into a sludge tank for reclamation or disposal.
