Bag filter

Bag filters are an ideal solution when filtration of 10 microns or lower is required. Hence, bag filter systems are ideally used for filtering thru-spindle coolants used in machine tools. Removing chips and fines from coolant or cutting oil before the fluid enters the machine or its spindle prevents blockage in the lines and spray nozzles and ensures that the desired fluid flow rate and distribution are maintained. Also, running with solids-free cutting fluid will increase tool life and minimize the requirement to shut down for machine adjustments and maintain dimensional specifications.

Our process filter bag system is suitable for continuous filtration of solid contamination from fluids, such as
