Component washing or degreasing is a vital process in the manufacturing process. Any component that gets assembled in a car or bike engine, a compressor, or any machine which has moving parts, gets thoroughly washed using industrial-grade degreasing chemicals or degreasers. They remove any dirt, dust, grease, and oxidation contamination to ensure corrosion resistance, avoid slipping hazards, overheating, and increase electrical resistance in the contact area.
These degreasers commonly consist of N-Propyl Bromide (nPB), Trichloroethylene (TCE), and Perchloroethylene (Perc), which are highly toxic chemicals to provide effective cleaning performance. When the bath is changed, these poisonous chemicals are either discarded in the ETP or are allowed to flow directly in sewage drains or open water sources.
Our products solve the following problems that component washing machine users face-
- Because of the effective tramp oil removal from degreasing chemicals used in component washing machines, we prolong its life and reduce the discarding frequency.
- Our tramp oil removal systems’ primary aim is to improve parts finish due to cleaner degrease chemicals.
- We design all our models considering minimum maintenance and with zero consumable costs.
