Centrifuge is a solid-liquid separator system. It not only helps recover precious materials like copper, carbide etc but also reduces the impact on environment as there are no filters or paper media required.

Salient Features-

Coalescer- oil skimmer is a tramp oil (waste oil) separator which performs the same function of an oil skimmer but with much more efficiency and zero maintenance.

Salient Features-
  1. High oil skimming efficiency- The coalescer- oil skimmer removes tramp oil to less than 4 gm/lit. Rate of oil removal is higher than rate of addition in case of coalescer oil-skimmer
  2. Improved fluid properties- We never observe a layer of oil floating on fluid surface. This improves the working fluid as bacterial growth, foul smell, and itching problems are avoided while maintaining the cooling properties and Ph value of the fluid.

Cyclone separators are media less, non-consumable filtration systems used mainly for coolant filtration. The system works on the basic principle of creation of a vortex in the cyclone separator due to which heavier solid impurities are drained out, while clean coolant flows out from the top.

Salient Features-
  1. Highly efficient precision filtration- The cyclone separator is designed to remove 95% of 10 micron and above particles.
  2. No consumable filter medium- Running cost of cyclone separators is the least as compared to any paper based filter system as it neither requires any filter change nor any disposal of industrial waste.
  3. Environmental impact- Environmental impact is absolute zero as the only waste generated from the system is the dirt it will remove from the fluid.

Micropure is a fine filtration system for cutting oils. It works on the principle of edge filtration i.e. fine dirt particles in oil are trapped at the edge of the filter element and are automatically cleaned by dry compressed air. Because of the self-cleaning feature, these elements can be used for at least 1 year without replacement.

Salient Features-
  1. No consumable filter elements- The filter elements which come with the system last for at least 1 year of usage. In applications like EDM oil, aluminum grinding and some carbide grinding applications, customers have not changed the elements for more than 2 years.
  2. Environmental impact- Even if the elements last for 2 years, they will have to be replaced. At the time of replacement, we take back the used elements and send new ones. Thus reducing the disposal efforts and costs.
  3. Fully automatic self-cleaning (backwashing)- All our systems come with PLC controlled panels and air actuated valves. Thus the system once installed need not be attended to by anyone.
  4. Uninterrupted full flow filtration- The systems are designed so that it gives desired or higher oil flow rate for the entire lifetime of the elements
  5. Low consumption of compressed air- Compressed air is required only for backwashing of the elements which happens for only 4 minutes.

Mineral Bed Filter system works on the principle of sand bed filtration. Dirty water flows through a vessel containing bed of special grade sand. Dirt is trapped in the sand while clean water flows out of vessel. The system is backwashed at regular interval to remove the trapped dirt from sand.

Salient Features-
  1. No consumable filter medium- The filtration sand which comes with the system lasts for min 1 year of usage.
  2. Environmental impact- Even if the medium is changed, it can be easily discarded since it is just naturally occurring sand. Thus no special arrangements need to be made to discard it.
  3. Zero wastage of water- The cleaning (backwashing) of the sand happens with water itself. However, this water is not thrown out of the system. It is recirculated in overhead tanks and same water is used for next backwashing cycle.
  4. Uninterrupted full flow filtration- The systems are designed so that it gives desired or higher water flow rate for the entire lifetime of the mineral sand.
