FOR SUPERFINE MACHINING OF ALUMINIUM

Aluminum is the most preferred metal for manufacturing. Industries like aerospace, automobile, furniture, defense rely on aluminum for machining their products. The properties that make aluminum such a versatile metal for machining prove a challenge while filtering out the fine particles from the coolant generated during machining.

Coolant plays a critical role in the operation of every aluminum machining process and serves three main functions. First, it removes the heat generated during machining. Second, the coolant acts as a lubricant, controlling both the heat generation and the overall product. And third, coolant flushes debris away.

Our products solve the following problems that aluminum machinists face-

  1. We design our coolant filtration systems to remove the heavy particles that settle down and fine particles that float on the coolant.
  2. Tramp oil plays a massive role in maintaining coolant life. It is especially true for aluminum machining since a combination of aluminum fine particles and oil- causes sludge. Moreover, such sludge floats on the coolant, which makes it even more challenging to remove.
  3. We understand that coolant is an expense; hence all our systems are designed to improve coolant life and reduce consumption.
